  1. Hi, I’m a fan of your recipes and bread. I tried making the quick bread mini loafs and the buttermilk quick bread both came out of the oven looking good but once they’ve cool down both shrunk... it doesn’t retain the shape like the ones you’ve made.. did I made a mistake or how can I improve my it?

    1. Hello! You may want to try to leave it in the oven a bit longer, or you can let it cool in the oven. Sometimes a few degrees change in temperature "shock" your quick bread and they sink. You can also try to lower the baking temperature, and cook for longer. If the top starts to look too brown, you can cover with aluminum foil. Best of luck!
