Keto Pasta & Noodles

Here are some pastas and noodles I've been testing.

    Marinated Soft Boiled Eggs
    * 6 eggs
    * 50 g soup base (optional if you have; I did not have this time)
    * 50 g cooking sake or dry sherry or marsala wine
    * 50 g soy sauce or liquid animos
    * sweetener to taste (optional; I did not use this time)

    Soup Base
    * 1 chicken bouillon cube
    * 8 oz water

    Toppings
    * 1 batch Keto Ramen Noodles, dried
    * marinated soft boiled egg
    * Spam, sliced and fried
    * green onions, chopped
    * roasted seaweed, cut into strips

    Directions

    Eggs:
    Boil water, and gently lower 6 eggs into pot.  Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let steam for 8-12 min depending on how done you like your eggs (8 = soft, 12 = hard). Combine marinade ingredients in a Gallon sized Ziploc bag. Peel eggs, and place in marinade, ensuring each egg is coated. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

    Soup:
    Heat water and dissolve bouillon cube. Easy peasy :)

    Assembly:
    Make the soup base and toppings. Place dried ramen noodles in a microwave safe container (preferably something that has tall edges. Cover the noodles with water. Microwave for 1 minute increments at least 3 times, making sure to allow the noodles to settle to the bottom after each burst otherwise it will overflow and make a mess in your microwave. Stir, and drain the water if any is left. Add the soup to the ramen, add the toppings, slice the marinated eggs into halves, and decorate your ramen bowl.

  2. Hello, I'm curious if you have macros for the ramen recipe and how many grams is a serving size? Thank you so much for your help and all your hard work. I'm also a huge fan of the Keto Iron Chef's recipes.
