  2. The the dough tends to be very stick? Does this keto flour behaves look normal flour? Adding more keto flour n kneading does not make it better.Difficult to get smooth dough.

    1. Hello, yes the dough is stickier than normal bread flour due to the protein. I suggest adding in the liquid little by little if this becomes a problem for you. My more recent recipes use vital wheat gluten, and that takes care of the stickiness issue (if you are okay with gluten). https://www.instagram.com/keto.luna/
